It is submitted by the petitioner, who appears in-person in the matter, that pursuant to the order, dated 18.04.2012, in W.P.No.29482 of 2011 passed by this Court, the respondents 1 to 4 considered and passed orders on the representations made by him and accordingly, he does not want to press this Writ Petition.
In view of the above submission of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not pressed .
