CRIMINAL PETITION Nos.5281 and 5283 of 2012
COMMON ORDER:
The petitioners in both the petitions who are A.1, A.3 and A.4 are accused of offences punishable under Sections 447 and 420/34 IPC. It is alleged that A.1 to A.4 sold away Government land in S.No.29 of Khanapur village, after encroaching into the same and sold the same by making into plots showing the same to be patta land in S.No.68. The petitioners’ counsel stated that no sale deed was executed by any of the petitioners and that on mere apprehension the report was given by the Tahsildar, Adilabad. Investigation of the case is pending. Having regard to the allegation of selling Government land as patta land, it is not desirable to grant anticipatory bail to any of the petitioners.
Hence, both the criminal petitions are dismissed.
