ORDER:
The petitioners/A4 and A7 to A9 who obtained
anticipatory bail in the crime relating to offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 307, 324, 323/149
IPC are aggrieved by condition of executing personal bond for Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties for the like
sum each, on the ground that they are poor fishermen. Condition of personal bond for Rs.10,000/- imposed by the Additional Sessions Court is not in any way onerous, particularly having regard to gravity of the offences which include an offence triable by a Court of Session.
Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed.
