JUDGMENT:
None appears for the appellant. No representation. A perusal of the proceeding sheet reveals that the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the appeal as there was no representation on several occasions, and that on two previous consecutive occasions i.e. 28.11.2012 and 05.12.2012 also there was no representation on behalf of the appellant.
In the circumstances, it is reasonable to presume that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal any further. As such this Court is of the view that the appeal may be dismissed for default / nonprosecution and the same is hereby dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
