JUDGMENT:
Aggrieved by the order dated 4.2.2009 passed by the I Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District, L.B. Nagar in I.A.No.95 of 2009 in I.A.No.6 of 2009 in O.S.No.4 of 2009, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed.
2. None appears for the appellant. There is no representation on behalf of the appellant. A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that none appeared for the appellant and there was no representation on behalf of the appellant previously on three consecutive dates of hearing i.e., on 30.10.2012, 06.11.2012 and 22.11.2012. It seems the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal.
3. In the circumstances, there is no other option except to dismiss the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal for non prosecution.
4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
