ORDER:
When this writ petition is taken up for further consideration today, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (G) (A & R) has produced a communication bearing No. Rc.B.97/2009, dated 16-08-2011 from the Tahsildar, D.V.Satram Mandal, SPS Nellore District, setting out that the notice issued by him earlier, which gave raise to this writ petition, has since been withdrawn. The learned Government Pleader has also produced a copy of the same, which is taken on record.
In view of this, the learned counsel appearing on either side would submit that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed, but however, without costs.
