ORDER:
The learned counsel appearing on both sides submit that the parties have already taken recourse to a civil suit and their respective rights are liable to be decided there at. Hence, no further orders are needed to be passed in this writ petition.
Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, but however, without costs.
However, depending upon the result in the civil suit, appropriate steps would be taken by the Revenue Administration either to carry out necessary amendment or otherwise in the pattedar pass books relating to the land in question.
