O R D E R:
Sri Ponnam Ashok Goud, learned Assistant Solicitor General has brought to my notice that through office memorandum dated 17.10.2011, the orders passed by this Court on 28.12.2007 in W.P.M.P.No. 23173 of 2007 in Writ Petition No. 24713 of 2007 have been complied with by the Directorate General of Central Government Health Services. In fact, an affidavit to that effect has also been sworn to by Dr. P. Parthasarathi, Additional Director.
Recording the same, this Contempt Case is dismissed.
