ORDER:
While entertaining this Revision on 12th September 2011, the following order was passed by this Court:
“Learned Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents in the C.R.P. and seeks time.
Pending further consideration of the C.R.P. the petitioner – decree holder is permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Judgment debtors to the credit of E.P.No.299 of 2099 without furnishing any security.
Post after two weeks.”
It is submitted today that the petitioner, who is the decree holder has since withdrawn the said money also. The learned counsel for the petitioner Sri M.V. Ravindranath Reddy as well as the learned Government Pleader for Arbitration would submit that no further orders are needed to be passed in this Revision.
Recording the said submission, the Revision is disposed of, at the admission stage, in terms of the interim order dated 12th September 2011. No costs.
