ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that during the pendency of this writ petition, the Appeal preferred by him to the Revenue Divisional Officer concerned, has since been decided and hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for further adjudication.
In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed at the stage of admission, but however without costs.
