Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS DIRECTING the respondents to Set aside the Impugned Order of the Ist respondent in Proceedings No.A3Gen(1)/94-95 CED: KR, Dt: 19-2-1999, after declaring the same as illegal, arbitrary and against the Principles of Natural Justice and consequently direct the respondents to regularise the Petitioner's Service as "Man Mazdoor"/Non-Technical Maistry/Non-Technical Works Inspector as he is eligible for the same from the date of Appointment i.e. 8-11-1987, with all consequential Benifits such as Arrears of Salary, Seniority, Increments, Etc., in the interest of Justice and pass such other order or orders as deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
