Heard Sri P. Bhaskar Mohan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
Pursuant to a notification dated 31st October 2008 issued under sub-section (2) of Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, the jurisdiction to try the cause raised in this Writ Petition is now transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal. Hence, in terms of Section 29 of the 1985 Act, let this Writ Petition be transferred to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench.
The registry is directed to transmit the entire record to the Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench so as to enable the said Tribunal to try the matter.
