This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“To issue a Writ or Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 to 3 in considering the claim (regularization proposals) of the 4th respondent to an extent of 770 Sq. Yds., in T.S. No.14, Mallepaly Village, Masab Tank, Hyderabad being illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice.”
After arguing the case for some time, Sri Venkata Rangadas Kanuri, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The request of the learned counsel is accepted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to disposal of main petition, W.P.M.P. No. 38813 of 2010 is disposed of as infructuous.
