This writ petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
“..to issue an appropriate writ or order or direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, particularly one in the nature of Writ of MANDAMUS, declaring the orders passed by the third respondent herein in R.C.No.B.1623/2010, dt.15.04.2010 and RC.B.1623/2010, dt.31.03.2010 respectively to the extent of Survey No.12 in an extent of Ac.65.27 cents of Mattempadu Village, Nellore Mandal, SPSR Nellore District, as unjust, arbitrary and illegal and also against the orders of the Special Commissioner, Office of the Chief Commissioner, Land Administration, A.P., Hyderabad,
V1/273/2007, dt.20.06.2007, after calling for the records.”
At the hearing, Sri Nuthalapati Krishna Murty, learned counsel for the petitioners, seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn.
As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, the interim order, dated 27.08.2010, granted by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.27093 of 2010, is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.27093 of 2010 filed by the petitioners for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
