O R D E R:
The only complaint of the petitioner is that though a crime in F.I.R. No. 142 of 2007 was registered on the file of Police Station, Shamirpet, Cyberabad, no investigation is conducted, accused is not apprehended and final report is not filed and, further, respondents 1 and 2 are not responding to the representation filed by the petitioner on 24.1.2008.
There is no necessity of going into all the details. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents placed before this Court a copy of the final report filed under Section 173 Cr.P.C. before learned VI Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Medchal.
In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in the writ petition. It is accordingly closed.
