O R D E R:
Under the impugned order, the No-Objection Certificate issued by the District Collector, Karimnagar for the purpose of issue of licence in Form No.24 by the appropriate authority was cancelled on the ground that the safety measures were not adopted by the petitioner for locating the shop; apart from that, the shop is located in densely populated area and, therefore, it is not desirable to issue a No-Objection Certificate.
The Certificate is issued from year to year and this writ petition relates to the licence period of 2003-04. Even otherwise, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the licence is being renewed from time to time.
Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. It is accordingly closed.
