ORAL ORDER:
This contempt case is filed complaining wilful disobedience on the part of the respondents in complying with the order passed in W.P.M.P.No.4676 of 2010 in W.P.No.3573 of 2010 dated 18.2.2010, whereunder the respondents were directed to issue conversion and land use certificate in respect of petitioner society land admeasuring Ac.11.00 cts. of agricultural land in Sy.No.58/2 and 59/1 of T.Nagarapalem village, without insisting for conversion fee as demanded vide
Rc.No.81/2010/A/D dated 11.2.2010. However, it was made clear that the land use certificate issued by third respondent-Tahsildar is subject to further orders in the W.P.
There is no necessity of going into all the details.
The learned counsel for petitioner submits that after filing the contempt case, the respondents have complied with the above order.
In view of the same, nothing survives in the contempt case for further adjudication. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. No order as to costs.
