CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.833 OF 2010
JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the complainant, Smt. Hanumara Nagaratna, seeking to set aside the order dated 11-01-2010 in S.R. No.12483 of 2009 passed by the learned III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad and consequently direct the learned Magistrate to take the complaint on file and proceed with the case in accordance with the law.
2. Heard.
3. The complaint reveals that portion of the offence has taken place at Sanjeevareddy Nagar, Hyderabad, though there appears to be omission about the same in the sworn statement.
4. Therefore, the trial Court is directed to take cognizance of the case on the basis of the averments in the complaint. However, the question of jurisdiction may be considered at the appropriate time.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Revision Case is disposed of at the admission stage itself.
