HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. SWAROOP REDDY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.814 OF 2010
JUDGMENT:
This Criminal Revision Case is filed by the accused seeking to set aside the order dated 18-02-2010 in Criminal M.P. No.695 of 2010, a petition under Section 45 of the Indian Evidence Act, in C.C. No.154 of 2004 passed by the learned V Additional Junior Civil Judge, Guntur.
2. Heard.
3. An earlier petition for similar relief, filed by the petitioner, was admittedly allowed by the trial Court and the handwriting expert wanted some more admitted signatures of the person concerned for the purpose of comparison. Instead of taking steps for complying with the above request of the handwriting expert, petitioner filed a fresh petition for the similar relief and the same was rightly rejected by the learned Magistrate. In the circumstances, I see no grounds to interfere with the same.
4. Therefore, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed at the admission stage itself.
