ORDER:
This Criminal Petition under Sections 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners Govind Ramchander Shinde and Rajendra Raghunandh Bhosle, accused Nos.17 & 20, seeking specific orders for release of petitioners on the bail orders dated 26-10-2004 in Criminal M.P. No.910 of 2004 in SC No.561 of 2004 passed by the I Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Hyderabad.
2. Heard.
3. On 15-04-2010, this Court has directed the learned Public Prosecutor to verify as to whether the bail granted on 26-10-2004 is still in force.
4. But, there is no material to show that the bail granted on 26-10-2004 is not in force, as such, it has to be treated that the bail granted on 26-10-2004 is in force and the petitioners shall be released on the basis of the bonds executed, if not, by taking fresh bonds in accordance with the conditions of the order.
5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed.
