O r d e r:
Though the second respondent is served, none appears. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 2. In the circumstances of the case it is directed that the investigation into the case and the consequential proceedings based on the result of the investigation shall go on. However, the petitioners shall not be arrested till filing of the charge-sheet if any.
3. With the directions as above, the petition is disposed of.
