Learned counsel for the appellants submits that in the absence of any stay granted by this Court, the respondents/claimants 1 to 3 have withdrawn the amount deposited as per the award of the Land Acquisition Officer dated 12.03.1993 and as such, no cause of action survives in this appeal.
Recording the above submission, the appeal suit is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
