It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant-
claimant and the learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition that as against the very same award passed by the Land Acquisition, reference was made in four O.Ps. and that all the O.Ps. were disposed of by a common order by the reference Court enhancing the compensation to Rs.12,000/- per acre as against Rs.8,000/- fixed by the Land Acquisition Officer, and that the said enhancement has also been confirmed by this Court in A.S.No.1076 of 1997 and batch, dated 7.7.2004.
Following the judgment of this Court in A.S.No.1076 of 1997 and batch, dated 7.7.2004 and for the reasons mentioned therein, this appeal is dismissed confirming the market value of the acquired land at Rs.12,000/- per acre as awarded by the reference Court. No order as to costs.
