This writ appeal is directed against the order of a learned single Judge of this Court, dated 1.11.2000 in WP No. 2782 of 1996. It is represented that against the very same order of the learned single Judge, WA No. 1699 of 2000 was filed and it was disposed of on 7.9.2009 on the
representation made by the appellant-1st respondent that the grievance of the respondents 1 and 2 who are the writ petitioners stood redressed with their promotions to the post of Assistant Administrative Officers, while continuing the 3rd respondent, the appellant herein in the same post. Along with the said appeal, this writ appeal vide WA (SR) No. 136341 of 00 was also dismissed as infructuous. As such no orders are necessary to be passed in this writ appeal which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
