Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a writ order or a direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the second respondent in not issuing the pattadar Pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in SY.No.914 to an extent ofAc.4.57 cents situated at Darsi Village and Mandal, Prakasam District in terms of the orders of the then Settlement officer, Nellore in SR.No.15/11(a)/62/Darsi Taluk, Nellore District dated 10.11.1963 as being illegal, arbitrary, and unreasonable and contrary to the provisions of the AP Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and issue a consequential direction directing the second respondent to grant pattadar passbook and title deed in favour of the petitioner in terms of the orders of the Assistant Settlement officer, Nellore.
