Heard both the counsel. The matter is coming up for admission.

2. The writ petition is filed for a writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the third respondent in not releasing kerosene quota to the fair price shop dealers of Vijayawada Rural Mandal in respect of new Iris cards despite circulars dated 7k-9-2006, 23-9-2006, 28-10-2006,

25-6-2007, 2-11-2007 and 23-11-2007 and in the light of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 18-8-2007, 03-102007 and 03-12-2007 as illegal, arbitrary, contrary to record and violative of the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct

the respondents to release kerosene quota to the fair price shop dealer in respect of new iris cards and to pass such other or further orders as this Court may deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

3. Several facts had been narrated in the affidavit filed in support

of the writ petition.

4. It is stated that the representations made by the petitioner before the first respondent dated 18-8-2007, 03-10-2007and 03-12-

2007 are pending disposal and the first respondent is not disposing

¶21

of the said representations.

5. In view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner make a representation narrating all the details to the District Collector, Krishna at Machilipatnam, within a period of two weeks from today

i.e., 11-12-2007 and let the District Collector, Krishna at

¶24

Machilipatnam, dispose of such representation in accordance with law in the light of the facts and circumstances, which had been

¶25

averred by the writ petitioner within a period of four weeks thereafter.

6. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No

costs.
