Order:
First Petitioner, an educational society, has filed this Writ Petition questioning the action of respondents in not absorbing the second petitioner into grant-in-aid post.
First respondent has filed counter affidavit stating that
subsequent to the filing of the Writ Petition, Government issued orders in Memo No.21730/SE-PS-II/2006 Education (SEPS – II) Department dated 08-02-2006, for absorption of second petitioner into grant-in-aid post which is sanctioned in G.O.Rt.No.143 Education dated 16-122003 and to pay salaries to the individual. It is stated that as per the orders of the Government, petitioner has been absorbed to grant-in-aid post with effect from 16-12-2003 and salaries have been paid to him.
In that view of the matter, no further adjudication is necessary and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed, placing on record the said averments made in the counter affidavit.
