Petition under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the Affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue any appropriate Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of " WRIT OF MANDAMUS" declaring the action of the respondents in not supplying Motor spirit/unleaded Petrol and High speed diesel to the petitioner's two outlets situated at Puttur town and Taduku village, Chittoor District is being illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art. 14 of the Constitution of India as well as principles of natural justice and consequently direct the respondents to supply the said products to the petitioner's two outlets i.e., Puttur town and Taduku Village, Chittoor District and pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper, in the circumstances of the case.
