The appellant is aggrieved of construction of a Police Station on a piece of land, which, in the original lay out was kept as open space. We are told at the bar that the Police Station has already been constructed, inaugurated and is functioning. In this view of the matter, we feel that this writ appeal would not serve any purpose even if admitted.
