Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the

circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ or order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by the 5th respondent dated 23-42004 as illegal, arbitrary and unsustainable in the eye of law and set aside the same and violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India.

The petitioners who are the employees of the 5^th respondent-Rampayerrapalem Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Society Ltd. questioned the orders of their suspension suspending from their service pending enquiry.

2. This Court by orders dated 30.08.2004 in W.P.No.3171 of 2003 and Batch, taken a view that it is not open for the employees of the Primary Agricultural Cooperative Credit Societies to file a Writ Petition as they have alternative remedies available under special byelaws and relevant enactments.

3. Following the said judgment, this Writ Petition is dismissed, keeping it open for the petitioners to file an appeal against the suspension orders and to get the expeditious disposal of the disciplinary proceedings. No costs.
