The petitioners have filed this bail application under Section 483 of BNSS in FIR No.328/2025 registered at Police Station Karauli, District Karauli for offences under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 303(2), 119(2), 110 and 111(2)(b) of BNS, 2023.

Heard learned counsels for the petitioners as well as learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record. 3. Learned counsels for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in these cases. The allegations levelled against the present petitioner relate to causing life-threatening injuries to the injured Darshan Singh though one of the injuries is alleged to be inflicted on a vital part of the body

i.e. on head but above injury including all other injuries are simple in nature. They again submit that co-accused Pradeep has been enlarged on bail by Co-ordiante Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.02.2026. The case of the petitioners is akin to him. The petitioners are behind the bars since 13.01.2026 with criminal past of three cases against Lokesh and four cases against Radharaman respectively in which they are already enlarged on bail. Charge-sheet has already been filed. The trial of the case will take considerable time, therefore, no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the petitioners in further custody and consequently, the bail applications deserves to be allowed.

Learned Public Prosecutor has vehemently opposed the bail application.

On consideration of the rival submissions and material available on record and in the light of submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners but without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, I am inclined to grant benefit of bail to the petitioners.

Consequently, the bail applications under Section 483 B.N.S.S. are allowed and it is directed that the petitioners Lokesh Urf Kalli S/o Prakash and Radharaman @ Lala S/o Laxman , be released on bail provided each of them furnishes a personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court with the stipulation that each of them shall appear before that Court on all subsequent dates of hearing till conclusion of the trial.
