This bail application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS in connection with FIR No.526/2025 registered at Police Station Bhiwadi, District Bhiwadi for offences under Section 191(2), 191(3), 190, 115(2), 126(2), 329(3), 329(4), 352 of BNS and Section 5/25 of the Arms Act.

Mr. Santosh Singh, the brother of the accused petitioner puts appearance on behalf of the accused petitioner and submits that the accused petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He also submits that there are cross cases in between the parties. He further submits that none of the injuries sustained by the complainant party has been opined to b e dangerous to life and the accused petitioner is in custody for last more than one month. 3. Learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposed the bail application.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the accused petitioner and considering the fact that none of the injuries sustained by the complainant party has been opined to be dangerous to life and there are cross cases in between the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits/demerits of the case, deems just and proper to enlarge the accused petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, this bail application is allowed and it is directed that accused-petitioner shall be released on bail provided that he furnishes personal bonds in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) each, together with two sureties in the sum of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only)(each) to the satisfaction of the Trial Court with the stipulation that he shall appear before that Court or any Court to which the matter is transferred, on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so.
