This Court directs the respondent No. 2 to give audience to the petitioners on 21.08.2025 at 11.00 AM and consider the representations of the petitioners and thereafter, dispose of the same sympathetically.

It is made clear that till the disposal of the representations, rights of the petitioners shall remain secured.
