The present petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, with a prayer that the temporary injunction application be decided expeditiously.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, this Court deems it proper to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the concerned Court to decide the application

expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of passing of this order.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
