Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that instant petition can be disposed of with the liberty to file a representation within a period of 7 days before the respondent No. 3 and same be decided expeditiously as petitioner’s daughter, who is aged 2 years is suffering severely on account of rare disease.

Considering the foregoing facts and circumstance of the case, this Court, in light of the directions encapsulated in Pawan

1665/2024) and Circular issued by the Chief Secretary for the State of Rajasthan, dated 19.02.2024 (No. i- 10¼1½ izlq-@vu q -&1@2012), directs that on 03.09.2025 at 11.00 AM, the petitioner shall mark his presence before respondent No. 3 who shall give audience to the petitioner and decide the representation filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days from the date of filing, in accordance with law.

In light of the aforestated, the present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty being granted. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
