Upon perusal of the contents of the application moved for recalling of the order dated 27.05.2025, this Court is of the opinion that the said application is not maintainable as the order dated 27.05.2025 is a speaking order. Howsoever, petitioner is at liberty to seek appropriate remedy, if aggrieved.

Accordingly, the present criminal miscellaneous application is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
