During course of arguments, learned counsel for petitioners submits that the issues raised in the present matters are already decided by an order passed in the case of Aman Kumari Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors.: S.B. CWP No.7512/2022 decided on 21.09.2022, therefore, the petitioner(s) may be granted permission to file an appropriate representation before the respondents-Authority to consider and resolve their grievances. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioners. 3. In view of the submission made, the present writ petitions are disposed of in light of order passed in case of Aman Kumari (supra) and the petitioners are given a liberty to submit a representation to the respondents-Authority within a period of 30 days raising all grounds and the respondents-Authority are directed to consider and decide the representation after enquiry about grievances, raised by the petitioners in light of ratio referred hereinabove, but with a reasoned and speaking order within a period of 30 days from date of receipt of representation. After the order, the respondents are under an obligation to communicate the order to the petitioner(s) either by way of speed post or through E-mail, if petitioner(s) have provided E-mail in their representation. If the petitioner(s) are still aggrieved, they are at liberty to approach this Court with fresh petition.
