Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present petition is squarely covered by order dated 11.08.2014 in the case of Arun Choudhary and Ors. Vs. State and Ors.: S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.5255/2013 and connected matters, passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Hon’ble Court and further referred in case of Manisha Vs. State of

In view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioners, issue notice to respondents.

Mr. Vishnu Dutt Sharma appearing on behalf of Mr. Bhuwnesh Sharma, learned AAG accepts notice on behalf of respondents. 4. Considered submissions of learned counsels for the parties.

The controversy involved in the present matter is no more res integra and same is resolved by order dated 11.08.2014 in the case of Arun Choudhary and Ors. Vs. State (supra).

A Coordinate Bench of this Court on 30.07.2025 in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.11557/2025 has also disposed of the matter after placing reliance upon judgment in case of Arun Choudhary and Ors. Vs. State (supra) .

In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order passed in case of Arun Choudhary and Ors. Vs. State (supra), if applicable upon them and Sikandar Kumawat Vs. State of Rajasthan and Ors. SB CWP No.20964/2025 at Principal Seat, Jodhpur.

The respondents are directed to issue relieving order subject to deposition of training expenses to the petitioners within a period of two week, so as to enable them to join new place of posting immediately thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition with pending application, if any, stands disposed of.
