may kindly be declared null and void, on the service and promotion of the petitioner, in the interest of justice III) Quashed and set aside order dated 31.08.2022 passed by respondents for the promotion on the post of Additional Administrative Officer and respondents may kindly be directed conduct review DPC for the promotion on the post of Additional Administrative Officer against vacancy year 2022-2023 and petitioner may be promoted on the post of Additional Administrative Officer against vacancy year 2022-2023, vacancy dated 01.04.2022, in place of 01.04.2023, between Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Shivprakash Cheepa, in the interest of justice. IV) Quashed and set aside order dated 06.10.2023 passed by respondents for the promotion on the post of Administrative Officer and respondents may kindly be directed conduct review DPC for the promotion on the post of Administrative Officer against vacancy year 2023-2024 and petitioner may be promoted on the post of Administrative Officer against vacancy year 2023-2024, vacancy dated 01.04.2023, between Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Shivprakash Cheepa, in the interest of justice. V) The respondents may kindly be further directed to place the name of petitioner for the seniority list of Administrative Officer between Rajesh Kumar Sharma and Shivprakash Cheepa, as on 01.04.2023, in the interest of justice. Any other appropriate order, which may be found just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, be passed in favour of the petitioner. Cost of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the Petitioner.”
