The application (CMCW No.846/2025) filed by the petitioner under Section 5 of the Limitation Act for condonation of delay in filing the restoration application is disposed of as it is writ restoration, therefore, there is no need to file any application for condonation of delay.
This restoration is filed by the applicant/petitioner for restoration of S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17677/2023 which was

dismissed on 22.03.2024 for non-compliance of the peremptory order dated 28.02.2024.
Having regard to the submissions made by counsel for the applicant/petitioner and for the reasons mentioned in the restoration application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the same.
Accordingly, this restoration application is allowed subject to payment of cost of Rs.500/- to be deposited with the Rajasthan High Court Munshi Sangh, Jaipur Bench, Jaipur.
On submitting the receipt of depositing the cost with the Registry, the present S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.17677/2023 be restored to its original number.
