The matter comes up on an application (I.A. No.1/2025) seeking permission to withdraw the writ petition as having been rendered infructuous.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the main suit itself has been dismissed, therefore, the present writ petition is also rendered infructuous. He therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition.
In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed accordingly. The application also stands disposed of.
