Learned counsel for the petitioners wants to withdraw this anticipatory bail application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 on behalf of the petitioners, however, submits that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the concerned trial Court, therefore, he prays that a direction be issued to the trial Court to consider their regular bail application on the same day.
The bail application is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. However, taking into account the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that if the petitioners surrender before the trial Court within a period of two weeks from today and move an application for regular bail, the trial Court shall decide the same on merits expeditiously in accordance with law.
