This criminal misc. application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner seeking revival of Criminal Revision Petition No.1429/2024 which was dismissed vide order dated 02.12.2024 passed by the Registrar (Judl.) in furtherance to the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court for want of curing the defect/s.
Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the application as well as the reasons mentioned in the application, this Court deems just and proper to allow the application.
