It has been pointed out by counsel for the petitioner that the review petition was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 11.03.2024 with cost of Rs.10,000/- whereagainst petitioner preferred D.B. Special Appeal Writ No.356/2024. The Hon’ble Division Bench vide order dated 24.10.2024 has affirmed the order, but has waived the cost. A copy of order dated 24.10.2024 has been placed on record.

In such view of the matter, the cost is not required to be paid.
