This bail application has been filed by petitioners under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 311/2022 registered at Police Station Pahari, District- Bharatpur (Rajasthan) for offence(s) under Sections 3, 5, 8, 25 of Arms Act.

Counsel for petitioners pointed out that against petitioners No.2 and 3 namely Anis and Jahir Khan @ Jaiyan there are no previous criminal antecedents and against petitioners No.1 and 4

namely Abdul and Ikbal one case for offences under Section 3, 5/25 of the Arms Act of year 2015 is pending. Petitioners are in custody since 26.01.2024. Therefore, petitioners be released on bail.

However, after arguing the bail application, counsel for the petitioners does not press the bail application at this stage and seeks liberty to file afresh before the trial Court after submission of charge-sheet.

Accordingly, the present Criminal Miscellaneous Bail Application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty prayed for.
