Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the defects pointed out by the Registry could not be cured by the petitioner, hence under these circumstances, this Court has dismissed the writ petition for the aforesaid reasons. Learned counsel submits that now the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects without any further delay, so the order dated 15.07.2024 be recalled.
