aforesaid direction issued by this Court in the case of Bhagwan Singh Rathore (supra) an order was passed in this regard on 09.09.2011 by which the upper age limit was increased from 30 years to 33 years. Counsel submits that under these circumstances, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this petition, hence, the present writ petition has become infructuous.
