“Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not being drawing salary on the ground that the transfer order by which the petitioner had joined at Ladpura, Kota has not been put on the Shala Portal.
Issue notice of writ petition as also of stay application, returnable within three weeks. A copy of notice be served on Shri Sanjay Sharma, Govt. Counsel.

In the meanwhile, the District Education Officer, Kota shall see that the petitioner is granted salary for the period since March, 2018 and the same be released within a period of 15 days henceforth, shall be subject to the decision of the case.”
