Aggrieved by the order dated 12.01.2016 passed by the Revenue Appellate Authority, Jaipur Camp, Dausa in appeal No. 6/16, the instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner.

By passing the impugned order dated 12.01.2016 an interim order was passed directing the parties to maintain the status quo till 23.02.2016.
Perusal of the aforesaid order indicates that the aforesaid interim order was passed for a particular date.
Since the matter is subjudice before the Appellate Court, the petitioner is at liberty to submit an appropriate application for modification of the aforesaid order if he feels aggrieved by the same.
Instant petition stands disposed of, accordingly.
Stay application and all pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
