“It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may very graciously be pleased to accept and allow this writ petition and further;-
i) direct the respondent No. 2 to allow the petitioner company to participate in bid proceedings for the supply of drugs for the year 2012-13.
ii) to delete the words "or by any other State/Central Govt. and its Drugs procurement Agencies" mentioned in condition No. 2 (d) of eligibility criteria.
